Update from Jasmin Guest, Assistant Dean of Students, Residence Life
Aidan Mitchell-Boudreau is an Academic Don at °ÍÀè·èÂíÐã and third-year law student. This summer, Aidan is a Summer Law Student in the Banking and Finance group in the Toronto office of the full-service business law firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. In this group, she’s doing a mixture of lending, derivatives, securitization, and project finance legal work. Come fall 2026, Aidan looks forward to helping our students learn more about careers in law, business, and finance.
As an Academic Don, Aidan lives in residence alongside Trinity students, offering mentorship and a steady presence through all the highs and lows of university life — from homesickness and academic stress to finding their footing in a new city.
This past year, she supported students through hundreds of touch points: one-on-one check-ins, a legal profession themed Academic Dinner connecting students with professionals and academics in the field, and a co-facilitated °ÍÀè·èÂíÐã Talent Show alongside the °ÍÀè·èÂíÐã Meeting (TCM) and Arts and Culture Living Learning Community.
We are so proud of Aidan and look forward to welcoming her back to residence in the fall.
Did You Know: Trinity is the only college at U of T with Academic Dons! Our Academic Dons are U of T graduate and professional students and they live in Trinity residence. They are available to ALL Trinity students, both residence students and commuter students, for consultations on your academic studies throughout your time here. They also support students in their accessibility, equity and health needs.
