In 2007 the Graham Library received the Upjohn Waldie Collection as a gift from Guy and Sandra (Waldie) Upjohn. The collection comprises the personal library of Sandra’s father J. Kemp Waldie, including incunabula and other early printed books, key examples of twentieth-century fine printing, and early works on Canadian history. At the heart of the collection are the publications of Waldie’s own private press, the Golden Dog Press, which operated from 1932-39 and was one of the first private presses in Canada.
